The City Garage provides preventative maintenance (PM) and repair service on 507 vehicles, 150, pieces of engineering equipment and approximately 320 pieces of small equipment, i.e. lawn mowers, riding mowers, pumps, weedeaters, chainsaws etc. We also write specifications for vehicles and equipment purchases.

Using Fleet Management computer software, we are able to track and provide monthly reports on preventive maintenance schedules, vehicle repairs and other vehicle expenses, tire, fuel and parts inventories. This saves money on parts and labor. Where dealer labor rates are $50-$60 per hour plus the list price on parts, we are able to buy filters at 40% off of jobber and big discounts on other parts.
